By creating, accessing, or using a GTARP:Network account, you agree to these Terms of Service, the GTARP:Network Rules, Privacy Policy, Staff Policies, and any other published policies, guidelines, or procedures operated by GTARP:Network.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of GTARP:Network services.

Eligibility

You must be at least thirteen (13) years old to create or maintain a GTARP:Network account.

By registering an account, you represent that you meet the minimum age requirement and are legally permitted to use our services within your jurisdiction.

Service Description

GTARP:Network provides a strict text-based roleplay experience and related community services.

Services may include:

• FiveM game servers.
• User Control Panel (UCP).
• Forums.
• Linked social platform.
• Discord integrations.
• Support systems.
• Applications and management systems.
• Additional community services.

Connected Ecosystem

GTARP:Network operates as a connected account ecosystem.

Your account, characters, forum profile, Linked profile, Discord integrations, support history, punishments, and community records may be linked together.

Administrative action taken on one GTARP:Network service may affect access to other GTARP:Network services.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

You may not:

• Share accounts.
• Sell accounts.
• Purchase accounts.
• Transfer accounts.
• Allow unauthorized access.
• Use another user's account.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

Rules & Community Standards

All users must comply with published GTARP:Network rules and community standards.

Failure to comply may result in warnings, restrictions, suspensions, account deactivation, or permanent removal from GTARP:Network services.

Staff Authority

Authorized staff members may investigate reports, review evidence, inspect logs, review account information, and take reasonable action necessary to enforce rules, maintain security, and protect the community.

Staff actions may include:

• Warnings.
• Kicks.
• Temporary restrictions.
• Temporary bans.
• Permanent bans.
• Character actions.
• Asset removals.
• Content removals.
• Account deactivation.

Where appeal systems exist, users may utilize them. However, GTARP:Network reserves the right to make final administrative decisions.

Characters & Roleplay

Characters are fictional entities created for participation in roleplay.

All characters portrayed on GTARP:Network must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.

Characters must comply with all published roleplay rules and standards.

Character Death (CK & Self CK)

Certain roleplay outcomes may permanently conclude a character's story.

Self Character Kill (Self CK) actions are final and irreversible.

Once completed:

• The character is permanently deceased.
• No appeal may be submitted.
• No UNCK request may be submitted.
• The decision cannot be reversed.

Approved Character Kills (CKs) are considered final once successfully carried out.

Reviews may only occur in exceptional circumstances involving:

• Administrative error.
• Technical error.
• Fraudulent evidence.
• Incorrect procedures.
• Abuse of the CK system.

Regret, character attachment, or time invested in a character do not constitute grounds for reversal.

User Content

Users are responsible for content they submit through GTARP:Network services.

This includes:

• Forum content.
• Linked content.
• Applications.
• Reports.
• Support requests.
• Media uploads.
• Character-generated content.

Content may not:

• Violate laws.
• Violate privacy rights.
• Contain malicious software.
• Contain prohibited content.
• Harass others.
• Disrupt services.

Virtual Assets & Ownership

All characters, vehicles, businesses, properties, factions, virtual currency, items, and digital records remain part of the GTARP:Network service.

Users receive permission to access and utilize these systems but do not obtain ownership rights over any virtual asset.

GTARP:Network may modify, remove, balance, reset, migrate, or otherwise alter virtual assets when necessary.

Donations & Purchases

Donations are voluntary contributions that support the operation of GTARP:Network.

Unless required by applicable law:

• Donations are non-refundable.
• Digital benefits have no cash value.
• Donations do not create ownership rights.
• Donations do not guarantee access.
• Donations do not provide immunity from rules.
• Donations do not guarantee permanent availability of features.

Availability of Services

GTARP:Network services are provided on an "as available" basis.

Services may be:

• Modified.
• Interrupted.
• Restarted.
• Reset.
• Migrated.
• Discontinued.

GTARP:Network does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Account Restrictions, Suspension & Deactivation

GTARP:Network may suspend, restrict, deactivate, or terminate accounts where rules, policies, community standards, security requirements, or these Terms have been violated.

Account deactivation does not require deletion of historical records, moderation records, logs, transaction records, character history, or other operational information.

Attempts to evade restrictions may result in broader enforcement actions.

Cheating & Unauthorized Software

The use, distribution, promotion, development, or assistance of cheats, exploits, unauthorized modifications, automation, or software intended to gain unfair advantage is prohibited.

Such activity may result in immediate permanent removal from GTARP:Network.

Intellectual Property

GTARP:Network branding, original website content, code, artwork, documentation, community materials, and original systems remain the property of GTARP:Network or their respective owners.

Such materials may not be copied, redistributed, or commercially exploited without authorization.

Independent Community

GTARP:Network is an independent roleplay community and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re, or any affiliated entities.

All trademarks remain property of their respective owners.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTARP:Network provides services without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability.
• Permanent preservation of data.
• Error-free operation.
• Fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GTARP:Network shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the service, moderation actions, outages, loss of virtual content, account restrictions, or community interactions.

Changes To These Terms

GTARP:Network may update these Terms of Service at any time.

Continued use of GTARP:Network services following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
